I am NOT a flat girl. I am 6'2' and have never been flattered by a flat, until NOW. These are so comfotable, airy and chic. I wear them often; work events, out to eat, walking the dog, etc. . . and will be washing them soon, very exciting. DEF will be purchasing more Rothy's in all colors and styles. Worth the hype.

Double straps make them more secure for walking ANYWHERE

Packed these as a second pair of shoes for dinners out on our one-bag European trip this summer and they ended up pulling double duty as river shoes at Gljúfrabúi in Iceland. I strolled right up the middle of the creek, past all the people wearing their “sturdy waterproof boots” who were waiting in line to hug the edge of the canyon to not get their feet wet. After checking out the waterfall, I changed back into my other shoes and my Rothy’s were dry the next day. If these were wider and had more support I would never need other shoes!
