12-Inch Frying Pan: ScratchDefense™ Nonstick Fry Pans

Excellent Frying Pan

I do a lot of frying and I've bought many frying pans over the years including some of the expensive ones. I've been using this pan for about a month and I can already tell that it is going to last a long time. The scratch defense nonstick works great and you can tell it's a hard coating that isn't coming off. The pan heats up slowly and evenly. I put the burner on 6 to heat it up and then turn it down to 4 or 5 to cook. I'm very glan to have discovered this pan as I usually wear out most pans within 6 months.
