I've used Fleur & Bee products for years and this is the newest addition to my routine. It came out right after discussing retinol products with some girl friends so I was excited to try it. It works as advertised and since it was my first retinol product I started with every other day at night, alternating with crème de la cream. My skin feels moisturized and I no longer have dryness around my mouth like I used to before switching to Fleur & Bee.
