I haven't been using this particular product for very long but it seems very soon so far. I love the other products I use of yours so was excited to try this one too!

I am having very hard time getting the product to come out of the bottle even though I followed the instructions about cleaning it off after every use. In fact I couldn’t get any out this morning and I’m really angry that I payed so much for something I can even use. I started having problems on day 2. What will you do to rectify the situation?

I was shocked after using it the first time how well it works. I really see difference in the lines on my neck. I wish I had taken a before picture to compare. It works for me!
