Versa 16 Outdoor Pizza Oven

I absolutely love this pizza oven. It is my first pizza oven so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was a well thought out oven, the fact that its hinged so you can open it all the way up and clean it out is a GODSEND (at least for people new to cooking pizza). I also LOVE the rotating stone, that also makes it a million times easier for a person new to cooking pizza and I love how hot it gets so quickly. The infrared bottom burner is also awesome as it makes the bottom of the crust cook evenly and efficiently! Highly recommend!

Product does NOT reach 750* in 12-15 min. After 30 min on high the max read on my theometer gun was 559* on the stone and 700* inside the oven. Takes 6-9 min for a fully cooked pie. And 15 min reheating intervals before introducing the next pie. There was little to no wind the two days of trying the oven out and the temperature outside was 73*.

Quick easy setup, fired the oven up on high and in 12 minutes it was ready. Lowered the temp dial to medium and tossed in my first pizza. In about 4 1/2 minutes it was ready and cooked perfectly! Best pizza I have ever cooked at home compared to a standard oven at 550 degrees. Fool proof...everyone needs one of these!
