Received our Pizzaioli oven and cannot comment yet on its performance. But, I was extremely pleased with the customer service I’ve received so far. Explanation of the oven was exceptional and led to our purchase. Communication from Patio and Pizza regarding delivery and procedure was perfect. Oven arrived in good order, delivery was simple. Delivery company allowed plenty of time for inspection. Simply could not have been easier. Oven looks better in person than I could have imagined! Will be installing in a day or so and will update on the oven’s performance. Expecting perfection! Bravo P and P!
