Premium Messy Bun

I absolutely love your products! I love them so much that my hairdresser dyes my hair to match them. I just hope you never change that red, because it looks beautiful on me, and it has changed my life! Your hair products never fade, never get fuzzy, and always look fantastic! It's not really explained what the precise difference is between basic bun and premium -- the premium has more hair, giving it a slightly more extravagant look. I also learned it needs three twists, rather than just two (at least on me) to stay secure. Mine came loose and just kinda flopped and hung on one side during a class. I hope no one noticed! The subtle mismatch between 'Beach Blonde' and my natural blonde-ish gray is a little off-putting, but not enough to send back. It's too yellow Salt and Pepper is too dark. Grey is too silver. Other companies seem to be able to match my hair color better --- and there are a LOT of women with my same color. You're missing an opportunity, JuvaBun! Quality and styling are nice, though. Having these pieces is a game changer! Or should I say 'glam changer'? I receive many compliments!
