Flat White Essential Apron

Terrible customer service

My sister is a big fan of this company and their products so I attempted to get her an apron for Christmas. After seeing an address discrepancy on my order confirmation I immediately reached out to change it. I was met with lackadaisical customer support saying they couldn’t change the address because it had already been processed but yet couldn’t give me tracking information so that I could change the address though whichever delivery service they used. I’m still trying to track down my $90 apron due to the laziness of customer support.

Love this apron so much - it is exactly as pictured. Stands up to the toughest stains at my bakery (berries being a big one). Would highly recommend!
