Blueberry Blue Oven Mitts

Stick to the aprons.

These are definitely thick and I’m sure offer protection from burns. But they are so thick that they make grabbing a casserole dish or baking dish from the oven ridiculously difficult. Expensive and useless, which is a shame because their aprons are amazing.

Terrible customer service

While the oven mitts are okay, they were not what my daughter wanted. I ordered them on 11/22/24 for Christmas. When I tried to return them on 12/28/24 I was told it was outside the return window and had to be returned by 12/22/24. It is common practice to extend return parameters during Christmas. I emailed on 12/28 and 3 others times to inquire about returning them and asking for a grace period because of the holiday. After each email, I got an immediate response saying they were very busy and would respond asap. It is now 1/8/25, 11 days after and I haven’t gotten a response. I’m thoroughly dissatisfied. While the apron and dish towels are fantastic, I will not purchase from them ever again because the customer service is atrocious. Fully dissatisfied.

Durable

They are a little stiff, but I think that will be why they will last forever! Nice quality and good looking!
