A Surprisingly Good Switch from the Sachets

I used to take the Zooki Ashwagandha sachets every night and was genuinely disappointed when they were discontinued. I liked the ritual and wasn’t convinced tablets would feel the same. But the liposomal capsules surprised me. They’re much easier for travelling, and I don’t miss the sachets at all. More importantly, they actually work for me — my nerves feel calmer, and when I take them about two hours before bed, I sleep better. If you were unsure about switching from the sachets, these are absolutely worth trying.

I take this every morning, I feel so calm and really feel connected to life. I’m just simply happy 😊
