Red Water (Hong Shui)

Excellent quality oolong. Well worth the price. Notably smooth like a lot of Jin Xuans but with a very deep, mature profile like dark chocolate, toasty caramel, dried stonefruit, and more mineral complexity than even a lot of Wuyi oolongs I tried. Long “yan yun” finish like Wuyi yen chas too! ASHA’s team was also super helpful for teaching how to brew this! I’m not used to steeping dark roasted oolongs, but their staff are very knowledgeable and troubleshooted my issues accurately and quickly.
