These work great so far

I've only used these for 2 cooks. So far they work very well. I did take the "slider handles" off the 2 peels as I kept catching myself putting them in the oven very close to the flames. While they're handy, I didn't want to risk it. They're easy to clean too if you undo the head from the rods which was unexpected.

The pizza Peel set is great. I like the longer peel it makes it easier to put pizza in the oven and rotate them.
