LOVE your flower seeds, but Golden State is not performing...

I ordered 35 different varieties and have planted 23 so far. I am getting wonderful germination rates and am having so much fun - like having babies! However, not one single Golden State has germinated and was planted at the same time as the others. I'd say failure with 1 of 23 is not bad, but believe this particular seed was bad, as there is not a single plant while all the others are 2-4 inches up.
