Zinnia Seeds - Meteor

Too few seeds

I ordered 8 packets of zinnias this year and each packet only had 15 seeds per packet. That’s a far cry from the advertised “79 seeds per packet” in the description. Several dahlia bulbs were also non-viable straight from the box, dried up and dead with no eyes. I’ve ordered several years from Eden Brothers and this has been the most disappointing yet.
