B Complex Capsules

I trust the Brand!

My physician wanted me to start a B Complex supplement, so I naturally ordered from Wild Harvest. Haven't been taking it but a week and I'm not sure if I can tell it's doing its job; however, at 80 I'm sure it's benefiting my health.. The capsules are easy to take and instead of chemicals I'm supplementing "clean".

We needed a broad spectrum B Complex that's 100% organic - including capsules - due to extreme glyphosate intolerance. Typically, we have to pull capsules apart and dump contents into glass of water - not so with Oregon's Wild Harvest! Just can take the capsule and go! Product quality is excellent and we're getting good results from taking the B Complex. Thank you!!

Everyone should take this

They say the majority of Americans are deficient in vitamin B so we take it every day. I am 75 and my husband is 82. We are healthy and take no medications. I would rather take vitamin supplements than medications.
