Strawberry Rhubarb Pie with Lattice

A beautiful looking pie but disappointing flavor. Too sweet and not enough flavor. Crust needs butter. My kids wouldn’t eat it. We purchased 2 kinds from the bakery and neither were good.

Delicious pie! Crust was perfect and the strawberry/rhubarb combo was the perfect balance between sweet and sour. highly recommend!

The crust was not our favorite, not very flaky or fresh tasting.
