Milk Street Limited Edition Ulu Knife

Great tool with one caveat.

This isn't the easiest tool to use for small hands, but it is a very well-made tool. I like using it for slicing and chopping vegetables. I am glad that I bought it, but would advise those with small, or weak, or arthritic hands to think carefully about whether this is the tool for them.

This is my 3rd Ulu purchase, I send them to people I know need them. And I have recommended it to a friend's friend. We love them!

Awesome cutter

I went to Alaska in 1996 on a fishing trip and part of the goodies I purchased was an Ulu. I haven’t seen it in years. Then I saw your Ulu and ordered it. When it showed up the first thing I did was cook a pizza. Regular pizza cutters just push everything to the other side but this thing is Amazing. Nice large opening for larger hands like mine and a killer sharp steel blade. Good control and again a nice sharp blade for cutting, not mashing through food. I love it.
