They are comfortable, easy to use, and generally as expected. I had hoped results would be better (no discernible improvemnet in sleep quality after 2+ weeks of using both the nose strips and mouth tape every night).

The nose strips are amazing when they stick to my nose. The adhesive on the nose strip compared to the mouth tape does not stick as well. But when they do, its a game changer. I, at times have a deviated septum and they improve that so much.
