I chose the Dispenza model because it features adjustable nose pads, which are ideal for my fit. I also own the Popp and JC models. Now, if you have a narrow face like mine, the Dispenza may feel slightly larger. That said, I appreciate that it covers my entire field of view! These glasses have a calming effect, allowing me to work on screens without stress.
