These really work
I was on the phone with a friend last evening, didn't have my two-week's-new Sunset glasses on because I had gotten distracted and forgot. About 30 minutes into the conversation with my friend, I remembered to put them on . . . my eyes immediately felt relief from the lighting in my room that I hadn't even really been aware of before, until I put the glasses on!!!

Sunset sleeping
In all of the chaos of life lately, there have been many times I have had to be in the hospital late at night. These are the number one item I make sure to bring because it helps with my sleep later and also helps with the overstimulation. Cannot recommend enough.
