I have been using my mask for 3 weeks and found the routine very straightforward with clear instructions to follow. However, I did have a slight problem with the charging lead and contacted the help team who were so prompt with their response and their support solved the problem which was an error on my part. Fantastic follow up support and I will continue with confidence to regularly use my mask with beneficial results.

Friendly use for daily life

I ordered the Bon charge red light face mask on a recommendation from a book I read, I am pleased to say I am very happy with my purchase. It did take a long time to get at first, there was a problem in shipping, but customer service rectified the situation right away. I have only used it about five times so far i’m looking forward to some good results. It’s very easy to use and easy to clean. I love it!
