Maintenance Important

Very important to clean Block Blue Light Yellow tinted glasses regularly. Should be rinced with very little water from the tap, warm water. Cleaned and wiped w/cloth provided and nothing else. Cloth for yellow tinted glasses should be washed regularly w/plain water. My preference is not to use any soaps or sprays, plain warm water is sufficient. Save yourself a lot of money; do not go outside your home in extreme temperatures, hot or cold weather w/block blue light yellow tinted glasses, as that could affect the coating on the lenses. Do not go near stove top or oven w/block blue light glasses in general because the heat will damage protective coating. If it's possible, try to watch the amount of screen time. Roberto

My Go-to Blue Light Blockers

The Day-Max line of BBL's glasses is my favorite for daily office use (to protect from office fluorescent lighting, as well as from monitor emissions); I also have a pair of those at home for when I am browsing my phone, especially later in the day (after sunset). I keep a pair of the clear-lens glasses in my car for driving at night to protect from those pesky headlights that seem to be getting brighter every year. The only ones I have not tried yet are the red-lensed glasses, but I do have the red-light reading light from BBL as well for reading in bed before going to sleep. All of those products are top-of-the-line, and I recommend them to anyone who is interested in the subject, and I would not trust my eye health to any other brand. Thank you Block Blue Light for the consistently top quality of glasses and lighting that have definitely contributed to my perfect, prescription-free vision in my almost 44 years of age:)
