Don't judge me, but I drive 69 miles from Taos a few times a year to buy this cake for my family. That should tell you how good this cake is. This time it was to celebrate belated birthdays for my husband and son who didn't get cake on their day. My husband doesn't even look at me like I'm a nut when I tell him I'm driving to Santa Fe for cake. Take it from me...buy the cake.
