Biomel Prebiotic Gut Health Bars

Healthy, so convenient and delicious!

I love having these in the cupboard for a healthy quick breakfast when in a rush. Most bars from the supermarket are full of rubbish but these have good ingredients, still taste delicious and help me to include enough fibre in my diet. I have one of these with a piece of fruit and a biomel drink (made from the mix). They are on the expensive side but cheaper if you order direct from biomel on a subscription and in my opinion they are worth it due to the good ingredients, convenience and still enjoyable.
