Originally I o ly had the fruit one, but you need to get the apple & cinnamon flavour gut bar, they are the bees knees, great tasting and full of fibre, well definitely be getting more.

These bars are great I take them on holiday with me if I feel I’m going to have a bad time with my gut and since taking them have zero problems! Also really help to keep you regular.

I actually got sent a box of these for free for earning points on my regular biomel complete gut powder subscription and they were so good I’ve added them to by monthly subscription too. So easy as a on the go shove in the bar healthy and great tasting snack I actually think it tastes like a treat
