Flowtron 80W Outdoor Bug Zapper, 1.5 Acre coverage

Ok, BUT...

I received my Bug Zapper rather quickly. Kudos on the quick shipping. I received it, but the Octenol attractant that was supposed to be included was not in the box. I reached out to customer service and they assured me that they would send me one out. It has been two weeks and I have not received it yet.

It seems to be working ok as I do get a lot of dead insects underneath the unit, but even on calm days 60+ feet from the unit I do on days still have mosquitoes trying to bite me.

I'm real happy with one of the units - It kills bugs like nobody's business. I've collected about 5 lbs of June bugs is just two weeks. The other unit which is about 30 ft aways doesn't appear to be working. It lights up but hasn't killed a single bug yet. The one that works has a hum while the one that doesn't seem to work has no hum
