Does kill bugs that are near you but an acre might be exaggerated, about 80’ diameter is more realistic

We may have received a defective unit. We understand sometimes it happens.

Took a few days longer to receive the product than we expected, but finally got here. Plugged it in for the first time to test and heard the "electrical snap" that tells you the grids were energized. However that was the last time we heard the snap and now the grids are not energized as the bugs are crawling all over them. The light is on but no zap. We will be calling Customer Support on Monday

The product works great for the patio area and it seems to get the bugs we don’t see with our eyes!
