These doors work great.

I’ll be installing this door in my winter home soon. I installed one in my summer home 11 years ago. It still works great. It seals better and is more secure than the old flapper door we used to have. We can leave the house and my terrier mutts can come and go as needed, and we don’t have to worry about other critters getting in that could be an issue in our neck of the woods.

I've used these doors for at least 25 years for my miniature poodles, yorkiepoos, and YorkieRussell's. Any problem was quickly and efficiently taken care of by hitechpet. I highly recommend them.
