CABLE & SPOOL ASSEMBLY FOR POWER PET DOORS

Replacing the cable was easy. Just be careful when replacing the pulley onto the motor that the power leads don't touch. My only disappointment is that the white caps over the mounting screws no longer lock in place and fall out. Wish I knew they needed to be replaced. To reorder would result in excess shipping.

The parts were fine but I would have liked better instructions. They were hard to follow.

I notice the motor turning inside my pet door but the door was not moving. My dogs have used the heck out of this door for years with zero problems. I pull the door off the wall and opened it up and there it was a broken cable. I ordered a new cable plus a new motor since I had it apart may as well change that too. Super easy to change, now it works fine again.
