Best cold weather rain jacket

The Bulkey jacket is awesome if you're fishing in cold, wet weather. It's very dry, but also insulated for the cold weather! Slightly roomy fit for layering underneath. Mandatory equipment for me during the spring and fall on those cold days!

Quality control has gone down

Seems Simms quality has drastically gone down the chute. I ordered this jacket just a few months ago and the cuffs are already peeling and coming apart. Had the previous version of this jacket and got 5 years out of it before problems. Couldn’t even get 5 weeks out of this one before the issues started.
