Absolute garbage customer service. This is the second order in a row sent to Wisconsin instead of Alaska. 2 times in a row Grundens blames USPS and USPS blames Grundens. Neither want to ever take responsibility or do any inquiry as to where the order is. So even though you paid for a product to be delivered you have to spend hours on the phone between Grundens and USPS. Then Grundens won't issue a refund to you until they physically have the item back in their hand. Then a refund can be requested . This order will have taken 3 weeks to complete with no money or no product. The last order was the same , maybe a little longer.
