Our cats started getting curious about the dog door and attempting to go outside, after hours of searching for reviews of different brands and debating, we ended up ordering the PX-1. It arrived shipped and was received quickly, install is very straight forward and everything needed came with it. While we did experience a small hiccup with a sensor issue the issue was addressed immediately and the company overnighted a replacement sensor and circuit board. The unit operates flawlessly now - Michelle and the team have displayed the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with, with an emphasis on quick responses and going above and beyond to make sure you and your pets are taken care of. Even further credit to Michelle for following up after the replacement parts were marked delivered just to make sure everything was working properly and that we didn’t need anything else. Great customer service is hard to come by and it is greatly appreciated!

Perfect door for my cat's needs! My cat just couldn't grasp the concept of the other brand doors that require her to use her head to push open (not to mention how barbaric that is). The door has so far functioned without any flaws. It was very easy to install, and it blends seamlessly with the people door that it is installed in.
