Very authentic Thai dishes , whilst enhancing their suitability for the “western” palate, avoiding the extreme, extreme spice level of Thailand.

Great recipes!
The recipes are so easy to follow, there’s enough detail to keep things moving along but not too much that you become overwhelmed. The layout of the different ingredients for marinades, sauces etc are fantastic! The simple instructions make the whole process feel hassle free and enjoyable.

My favourite Cookbook
I love this cookbook. I wasn’t expecting it with my order. I have a well thumbed and followed copy already, so I have given it to my niece to enjoy.
