Sharpens the knives just as advertised, fast and well and very simple to use. Only down side is if you buy one set and purchase an extra honing disc, ie ceramic, changing them over is a pain in the bum because they screw onto the same shaft, without a locking device. So when unscrewing the honing disc, the looser disc will always undo first, which isn't necessarily the disc you intend to remove. Better to buy two rollers with your choice of honing discs as an option.

What an amazing product! - I was sceptical at first as there are alot of these types of products on the market but because its branded Australian owned and operated i thought i would give it ago and i was not disappointed. Every cutting/carving knife i own is now so sharpe and literally cuts through anything. It is also very easy to use and sharpens at the perfect angle without having dead spots on your blade. I am so happy with the product and highly recommend it.

Easy to use sharpener, even for a beginner that never used it. Only thing was that, when shapening a very wide/tall blade like a cleaver, i needed to elevate the roller, like a thick block type chopping board.
