What a book!

This book has some amazingly useful tips and education for meats, veggies, noodles and how to prepare and cook them depending on the situation. In-depth but not too in-depth, just enough to get an understanding. The recipes are fabulous and I’m enjoying the adventure of Thai flavours and methods, they really are magical. Marion probably has all the recipes on her website but having the book just makes cooking that bit more immersive and special, especially while playing the the YouTube of the recipe to help guide you.

A beautiful book

An absolutely beautiful book. Beautifully presented, amazing photography, lots of well laid out information and beautiful recipes. I look forward to working my way through it.
