Each mould has the flexibility to easily get your frozen food out however the edges are rigid enough that they don’t spill. A fine line between the two done perfectly. Lids fit tightly yet easy to get on and off. So far nothing has stained the silicone. A real winner worth every cent. Now I’ve bought more as gifts.

These didn’t just organise my freezer. They organised my life!

I thought I was buying freezer trays. What I actually bought was ease. These moulds completely transformed the way I eat. Instead of meal prepping, I now food prep by freezing individual ingredients that I mix and match throughout the week like Lego. Every meal feels different, yet I only cook once. The quality is exceptional (which is saying a lot in this day and age of quality), everything pops out effortlessly, and my freezer has gone from a chaotic collection of leftovers to an organised pantry of possibilities. I waste less food, spend less money, and eat with far more variety. More than anything, these moulds have given me back mental space. Post Surgery Food Prep

I added this set to my collection after becoming obsessed with the 250mL freezer mould while preparing soft foods for post-surgery recovery. We used it to freeze soup, mashed vegetables, broth and apple sauce, and it worked brilliantly. The 50mL moulds also turned out to be perfect little jelly moulds! The moulds are easy to fill, easy to pop out once frozen, and have become a really versatile addition to my kitchen. I also love the extra detail of the debossed ‘&’ symbol inside each mould. A lovely finishing touch!
