Inconsistent sizing

I ordered two pairs of Frankie4 shoes. I kept the full price pair. I would like to return the Brooklyn chalk embossed but since they were on sale, that is not allowed. The shoes run a half size smaller than the pair I kept although they were both labeled 8 1/2. Since shoe sizes are not consistent, they will be my last pair of Frankie 4 shoes that I order. Poor Service.

Excellent quality, love the design and comfortable. I wear them daily for my work. I can wear them with professional clothes and they look great.

These have been so comfortable right out of the box! Took them for a summer trip that involved a lot of walking and these shoes remained comfortable throughout long days. My feet are on the wider side so initially the front felt a bit cramped but that has eased up as I’ve worn them and gotten somewhat opened up with the shape of my feet.
