I’ve been doing this once a week for a few weeks - it keeps getting better as I get more into the flow. Inner child work is so incredibly important and this is one of the best tools I’ve found to do that. It’s also so convenient and relaxing to be guided through it by such a calming presence as Teal’s voice.
