It improved my awareness with regards to my boundaries
I feel like it helped me enhance my skills in assessing my personal boundaries and assert them as a result :) I would definitely give this a try if you are on a journey for self-love and self-awareness :) Have a good day!

Lovely voice, calming and beautiful words
I liked this meditation. It was lovely to listen to Teal's soft voice in it. I liked the words, and the calm sounds of the ocean in the background. I also felt a bit better afterwards. So thank you Teal Swan for this meditation:-)
