Penobscot Cotton Blanket - Oyster

The Penobscot Cotton Blanket is definitely heavy like many other reviews, however it is definitely not warm enough by itself or with sheets for winters in Minnesota. I bought this hoping I could replace my scratchy cotton comforter with polyester filling but I can't. I use this blanket now under my comforter. I will also add that I thought the blanket would be softer than it is but it is at least not scratchy feeling. I waited to give a review until I had washed it a few times. Overall I just think its a ok blanket but wouldn't purchase again. I do wish too more variety of colors would have been a option.

It is soft and not skimpy which was a problem with others I have tried. I like it was made in USA.

Love this blanket. The craftsmanship, the weight, the color.....all perfect. Pleasantly surprised about the amount of fall, of the blanket.It'sdo nice when companies don't skimp and do it the correct way.
