Zero Waste Wool Blanket - Mystery Color & Texture

Love the zero waste blanket that I purchased. The weave and colors are awesome. I'm using the blanket to sleep under now that we are into Summer here in New Hampshire. I find the zero waste blanket just a tad lighter than the Lake front blanket that I have. Good stuff!

Super-dense weave and good heft. I expect this to be very warm. It is generously sized and it's delightful imperfections are a lovely reminder that is good to not waste such a precious resource as wool. It washed perfectly in a front-loader with Euclens. Has the usual wet smell you'd expect from an animal-based fiber, but then it will dry. ;-)

This is a nice-enough blanket. I was a little surprised that there was not just one “accent color” in the blanket that I received. Part of the blanket has a bright red yarn, and the other part has a burgundy yarn. There are quite a few loose ends throughout the blanket. However, these things are all okay, since I was fully aware of what would be in this particular blanket. It is certainly a utilitarian blanket and I knew it would be a sort of “pot luck” situation! It’s certainly a good value for the money!
