A very good product, this is the second one since the first one worked so well we are about to do the whole house with these

I honestly don't know if it working. I have seen roaches sitting on top of the plugged in unit. When I emailed the company and reported this, they told me it takes time and must be used with other measures to get rid of roaches. 😐 So, I can't say if I am happy with the product yet.

Seems to be doing ok. I still see tiny roaches (German roaches), one at a time that I don't mind killing. Infestation began when apt below mine was cleaned up. In 17 yrs I have NEVER had bug problems until recently. Not scary, or really bothersome, just annoying
