LALUVA - Kally Leather Bag

I love my bag. Every one I have gotten have been beautiful The customer service has been incredible The only bad part is the last mile delivery company they use. It is the worst delivery company ever The bag however are amazing

It's not what I expected. The key 🗝️ and the 🔒 look cheap, also where to keep the keys the way it was sawed it seems lazyness it's not like the Hermes that I owned and the tread was sticking out on top and the right side of the purse I have to trimmed it with the small scissor and, the way it was made so cheap. I called the costumer service instead of doing something about it. All I received is "sorry" Ehhhh. Sorry won't work for me. They should replace it. I doubt it.

The bag is such a nice addition to my collection. It’s just right for dresser times when I don’t want to carry as much. Just wish you would add some different leathers now ( hint hint)
