The Eleanor Weekender

I ordered the Weekender, but received a smaller bag. No one from the company has answered any of my emails asking, at first, to have the correct bag sent to me, then asking for a refund. The phone numbers on the receipt and website do not work. I am very disappointed in Velantra.

I cannot track my order ! I see bad reviews that bag is too small for a weekender !!! Bad customer service ! Shady company

This is not big enough for a weekend bag. Or even an over night bag.
