Aryna Bag

This bag was not leather as advertised, it was damaged, the strap was unraveling. I contacted the Masion Ginza as soon as item was received and damages noted via email and photo. Received email from 'MAYBEL' a representative of the company vowing to get back to me regarding return and or refund. This was over 2 months ago. I made several request since and have heard absolutely nothing from company. I am extremely disappointed with this company and will no longer buy anything from this. The item was falsely advertised and the customer care is nonexistent. I would not recommend anyone buying anything from this fraudulent company.

The only thing I liked was the colour. Size is incorrect and the smooth shiny texture is inaccurate. On the website and all videos it ahows it to have a gritty/stone texture which I love. Definitely not worth $85+

I did not like the tone of green. It looks nothing like the green on the advertisment. It bright and a yellowgreen tone. Ive tried over and over contact them to return and they dont respnd.
