Ended up Gifting it
My, just turned 88, year old Mom was visiting, and I showed it to her. She has osteoporosis and a mild scoliosis secondary to compression fractures due to the osteoporosis. She tends to ignore my advice as a NCPT regarding safe movements for her, however after looking at it, enjoying the large type and saying, “Wow, this is a really good book!” I gave it to her before she left.

Good resource for personal use
I am not a teacher or coach, so I am using this book for my personal use. I have lumbar osteopenia and cervical stenosis. I’ve been doing Pilates for over 20 years and Essentrics for a decade. I have found the education and instruction for my conditions as well as the specific exercises to be very informative. I do have a Pilates reformer at home which I use daily, so it is nice to know ways to best, modify my workouts.
