Our new main cutting board

Thoroughly enjoying this board and have been using it as out daily use cutting board since purchasing. I love the thickness, weight, and have actually enjoyed the trench even though I thought that would be my least favorite feature. Large enough to prep a big meal but still small enough to wash in our kitchen sink. Very happy with our upgrade.

Used these boards for close to two decades.

I’ve used smaller versions of Epicurean boards for many years so I bought a bigger one to fit the kitchen in my new home. They’re light, portable, durable and easy to clean by swiping scraps into a garbage can and moving to the sink for a quick scrub. Lots of cutting boards out there, these are easy to use, easy to clean, and go anywhere they’re needed.

Just Right

Nice large size for prep, but still slides into my cabinet. Much easier to clean than a giant hunk of wood. It is louder to chop on, but totally worth it.
