These steaks are the very very best. We have never found anything as good. I like to split the 8oz down the middle and sautee the 2 pieces on my little griddle on the stove with some ghee. The flavor is absolutely fabulous.
Everything I buy from Herd and grace is excellent. And, I buy meat, lamb, pork, chicken all are great. Service is wonderful.
I get there usually 1x per month. I enjoy the shopping and find I do find new things each time. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

This has to be the most tenderest , flavorful steak I have ever had. When they say you can cut it with a fork! well they are right.
