My go to packet
Use to use Liquid IV. before I realized that skymd tastes better and has better ingredients which is the main reason I switched. My two teenage boys love the flavors which is why my family has a subscription for two bags monthly. Seems

Hydrated without the bellyache
I have tried so many different hydration solutions over the years. This is the only one where I actually really like the taste (especially mango and lemon/lime) and don’t immediately get stomach cramps. Thank you skyMD!

Best ones to try!
These are the best hydration sticks out there
And I have tried several one that end up just tasting like salt. I boasted about them at work got coworkers hooked on them. Strawberry lemonade is my favorite. White peach is also a good one to try.
