Yeast did not work but staff was great and helpful

5 stars to the staff. 1 star on the yeast. They knew the yeast was towards the end of its date range. They Called to warn me. I asked for extra. sent me extra it still didn't work out but the northern brewer team earned a repeat customer.

"Large" Shipment (homebrewer size)

I ordered a large shipment of beer ingredients, wine ingredients, equipment, and a keg. All arrived in excellent packaging. All projects are still fermenting, but the yeast are certainly healthy! Looking forward to tasting the results.
