Imperial Yeast G01 Stefon

Would use again!

I was a little worried my fermenter would not be warm enough to activate this yeast (wort and bottle conditioning temp maintained a pretty consistent 64-68F). The final product is wonderful and maybe even better at a slightly lower temp than was recommended for the Bavarian Hefe recipe I used.

Great yeast! But...

...make sure you use a blow off tube...it will creep right out of your bucket or other fermenter in a day!
